  • 2 handfuls of spinach washed
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple or mango
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 200 ml low fat milk unsweetened
