Ingredients

  • 1 cup/150g frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp instant coffee ( or a shot of cold espresso)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 200 ml milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
