- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 shot of cold espresso (or 1 tbsp of instant coffee)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Brew the coffee, and let it cool.
