Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized banana peeled
- 5-6 medium-sized dates pitted
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp milled linseeds (flaxseeds)
- 200 ml almond milk unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain them after that.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
