  • 1 medium-sized banana peeled
  • 5-6 medium-sized dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp milled linseeds (flaxseeds)
  • 200 ml almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain them after that.
  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
