Normally, a pina colada would be made using pineapple juice, however, in this recipe we have used fresh whole pineapple chunks.

You will need:
1. Fresh Pineapple
2. Light Coconut Milk From a Can
3. White Rum (optional)
The whole pineapple is peeled, cored, and diced.
All the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth. Serve over ice and enjoyyyy!

Easy Pina Colada Smoothie
- 1 1/3 cups/200g fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup/220ml of low fat coconut milk from a can
- 1 shot of white rum optional
- 2-3 cubes of ice
- If usin a whole pineapple - cut the skin, core it and dice it.
- All the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender except the ice and blitzed until smooth.
- Serve over the ice and enjoy.
