You will need:

However, be aware that these protein powders often contain sweeteners and other additives.
To make this smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.

Tasty Keto Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 Blender We used this one
- 2 tbsp peanut butter unsweetened
- 2 frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp instant coffee 1 shot of cold espresso/brewed coffee
- 250 ml of almond milk unsweetened
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
