This is a delicious keto-friendly breakfast smoothie that is so filling, and yet, so good for you too.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (or 1 shot of cold espresso/brewed coffee)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Grab a blender or a Nutribullet, and add all your ingredients in, in no particular order!
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes (no longer than that, otherwise the smoothie may become foamy)
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Some flavor combinations I tested include:

  1. Swap The Peanut Butter: You can swap the peanut butter, for either almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter.
  2. Lower Carb Smoothie: If the current amount of carbs (13g per serving) is too much for your goals, lower the carb content by swapping the berries in the recipe for 1/2 cup of ice.
  3. Swap The Cream Cheese: You can use unsweetened yogurt or cottage cheese instead of cream cheese.
