Orange And Mango Smoothie [No Banana]
- 1 meduim-sized orange peeled and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup/75g of mango
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 thandful of spinach washed
- 200 ml of dairy free milk we used almond
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
