Peanut Butter Weight Loss Smoothie
- 1 Blender We used Ninja
- 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter smooth
- 1 meduim sized pear cored
- 1 cup/250ml of oat milk
- 1 tsp of oats
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until completely smooth.
