A Quick Apple And Orange Smoothie recipe, that’s delicious, nutritious and so good for you!
We have used the pulp of both fruits, you were probably thinking that we’ve used the orange juice only, but nope, we’ve used the pulp too. Obviously, we didn’t use the skin, but we have used the whole fruit.
We had some leftover oranges and apples in our fruit basket, so we thought to make a smoothie by combining both of them. We were a bit skeptical, to begin with, but when the smoothie was ready, we were pleasantly surprised.
As you probably know, oranges are packed with vitamin C, which is essential to a healthy immune system.
Unfortunately, a lot of people buy orange juice from the shops, thinking it’s something healthy. But most of the time, unfortunately, it isn’t. Orange juice from the shop tends to be packed with added sugar and other crap you don’t want.
Really, the best thing you can do is either juice your own oranges, or simply eat the orange whole, juicing isn’t really necessary to get the benefits of the orange.
How To Make Apple And Orange Smoothie:
Only 3 ingredients are needed!
You will need:
1. Fresh Orange
2. Fresh Sweet Apples
3. Coconut Water
The apples are washed, cored, and diced. The oranges are peeled and seeds removed. Then the orange is segmented.
Then, all the ingredients are added to a blender and blitzed for 2-3 minutes.
