Healthy Apple Yogurt Smoothie
- 1 Blender We used this one
- 1 small apple cored and diced You can use any apple you like
- 3 tbsp of plain yogurt unsweetend
- 1/2 cup/125ml of milk
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
