How To Make Antioxidant Blueberry Smoothie:
You will need:
1. Frozen Blueberries
4. Dairy-Free Milk – We used homemade oat milk
That’s it – 4 simple ingredients are all you need!
The method is very simple – all the ingredients simply go to a blender and are blitzed until smooth.
An important note though – always, always wash your spinach – even if it looks clean. We are always surprised by the amount of dirt that comes off the spinach when we wash it.

Vegan Antioxidant Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup/150g of frozen blueberries
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 cup/220ml dairy-free milk
- 1/2 medium-sized banana
- Wash the spinach.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
