This smoothie is made without using frozen fruit, and no dairy such as yogurt, and yet, it’s still creamy and delicious.

Some people don’t have a freezer, or have frozen fruit available, so this smoothie is perfect if you only have fresh fruit!

Does a Mango Smoothie Contain Milk?

Mango smoothies do not have to contain milk. If you are buying mango smoothies from a juice bar or a place such as Smoothie King, then they might be made using milk, so it’s always best to check.

If you are making your own mango smoothies, it’s totally up to you whether or not you should add milk or not.

There are some great alternatives to milk you can use, such as yogurt or dairy-free milk, such as almond or at.

How To Make Mango Blueberry Smoothie With Milk

You will need:

  • Fresh Sweet Blueberries
  • Fresh Mango
  • Almond Milk
  • Chia Seeds

To make this dairy-free mango blueberry smoothie, add all of your ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.
Serve and enjoy!


We have a couple of substitutions you can make to this smoothie:

  • Use any dairy-free milk of choice, doesn’t have to be almond milk
  • If you don’t have mango, use pineapple
  • Use flaxseeds instead of chia seeds
