Best smoothie for alcohol detox – a smoothie we all need in our lives. We had to come up with a smoothie that could help our hangovers. Especially during the summer, we tend to party a bit too much.
We have got no kids, so we have the time to still go to parties and get a bit too drunk.
But, we had to put something together to relieve those nasty hangovers. What we did first is research exactly what sort of foods help with hangovers. Then we add these together and started experimenting.
We did fail, but we only failed twice. We didn’t get our proportions right. But this recipe we are showing you today – is perfect!

One of the effects of this detox alcohol smoothie is an instant hydration and nutrient boost. Smoothies hydrate your body, but that’s not all, they provide you with essential nutrients as well.
Typically after a long night of drinking, you are very likely to indulge in fast food. So your body is desperate for nutrients.
So, if you are wondering how do you flush the alcohol out of your body, your best bet is to hydrate and eat/drink something nutritious. Avoid alcohol for the next several days, ideally for a week.

2. Lemon, juiced
6. Coconut Water
All you need to do is add all your ingredients to a Vitamix blender and blend until smooth.

Best Smoothie For Alcohol Detox
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 orange peeled
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 1 tbsp of spirulina
- 1/2 cup/125ml of coconut water or cold water
- Prepare the ingredients as described.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until completely smooth.
- Serve & Enjoy!
