First off, you need to prepare the raw beetroot. Wash it, peel the skin off, and dice it. Wash and trim the strawberries, then dice them.
After that, you add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for a couple of minutes until smooth.
Tip – if you like your smoothies sweet, you can add some dates in there, or half a banana for more sweetness.

Easy Healthy Hot Pink Smoothie
- 1 large raw beetroot peeled and diced
- 1 cup/220ml of coconut water
- 3 tbsp of cashews
- 1 large handful of fresh strawberries
- Prepare the raw beetroot as specified above. Wash and trim the strawberries.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blitz until completely smooth. 2-3 minutes.
- Seve and enjoy!
If you like your smoothies sweet, you can date a few dates, or 1-2 tbsp of maple or date syrup before blending.
