  • 2 weetabix protein version
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 apple cored and diced
  • 1 tsp of honey


  • Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  • Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
