You will need:
2.Red Berries – can be frozen
Peel the grapefruit, and try to remove as much of the white surroundings as possible, as they are quite bitter. Cut into chunks and add it to a blender with some apple chunks, red berries of choice, and fresh ginger. Add a splash of water and blitz for a good 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.

Weight Loss Grapefruit Berry Smoothie
- 1 medium sized pink grapefruit
- 1 cup/144g mixed red berries of choice we used a mix of raspberries and strawberries. You can use frozen as well.
- 1 small apple
- 1/2 cup/110ml of cold water
- 1/2 tsp of freshly minced ginger
- Peel the grapefruit, and try to remove as much of the white surroundings as possible, as they are quite bitter. Cut into chunks. Wash the apple and berries if using fresh and cut them into chunks too.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for good 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
- Serve with some ice if you like and enjoy.
