Grapefruit Smoothie For Weight Loss
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized pink grapefruit
- 1 cup/144g mixed red berries of choice we used a mix of raspberries and strawberries. You can use frozen as well.
- 1 small apple cored and diced
- 1/2 cup/110ml of cold water
- 1/2 tsp of freshly minced ginger
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit, and try to remove as much of the white surroundings as possible, as they are quite bitter.
- Cut into chunks. Wash the apple and berries if using fresh and cut them into chunks too.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for good 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
- Serve with some ice if you like and enjoy.
