Apple Grape Smoothie
- 1 Blender
- 1 meduim-sized apple we used gala apple peeled and sliced
- 1 cup/150g of white seedless grapes
- 1 cup/250ml of coconut water we used oat milk
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and drink up!
Apple Grape Smoothie – that tastes super refreshing and is done in a matter of minutes!
This apple and grape smoothie may not be the most common combo you see these days from smoothies. But, you gotta try this! It works so well.
We would like to point out, that we did NOT use grape juice. We used real whole grapes. Why? Because grape juice is not as healthy as you might think. But using the grapes straight from the source is what will provide you the benefits and nutrients.
And don’t worry, we used seedless grapes for this smoothie 😉
This grape and apple smoothie is also dairy-free and vegan too, making it suitable for almost every diet. Oh, and only 3 ingredients are needed too. Nothing complicated, just real ingredients mixed together.
Apple and grape smoothie without yogurt, without added sugars, without added fat, without added anything nasty, just pure ingredients.

You will need:
1. White Seedless Grapes
2. Apple – We Used Gala
3. Coconut Water
A handful of ingredients are all you need to whip up this smoothie with grapes and apples.
So, how do you make a green grape apple smoothie? Easy, you add your ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve and enjoy! We served our smoothie with some ice for extra freshness.
