We don’t often tend to use protein powder in our protein smoothies, but on this occasion, today we decided to use a protein powder that we have hanging around in the cupboard.
This protein smoothie came out delicious. A classic combo is protein powder + banana – so this is what we did here.
We are gonna have to hit the gym again soon, so we preparing all the protein smoothie recipes.
The hardest bit of going back to the gym – is actually going and making it a routine, after that it gets easy. Having your meals and snacks planned really helps, so stock up on some bananas and protein powder, and keep this smoothie recipe!

How To Make Premier Banana Protein Shake:
You will need the following ingredients:
1. Premier Protein Powder
2. Ripe Banana
3. 4-5 pieces of frozen mango
4. Maple Syrup
5. Milk
We did this recipe twice; once using dairy-free milk and the second time using dairy milk. It tasted great in both types.
If you are vegan, you can definitely consume this smoothie, just make sure you use non-dairy milk and a vegan protein powder.
We made this recipe using premier protein powder.
All the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 4–5 pieces of frozen mango
- 1 cup/250ml of milk (you can use dairy-free if needed)
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
Instructions
- All the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
