- 1 small kiwi peeled or left unpeeled, bases on your preferences.
- 1/4 avocado peeled and stoned
- 1 cup/250ml of coconut water
- 1 handfuk spinach washed
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
