Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/250ml of dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of instant coffee or a shot of cold espresso
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tsp of peanut butter powder
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 2-3 drops of peppermint extract

Instructions
 

  • To make this delicious vegan peppermint mocha smoothie - add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away.
You can add ice cubes to the blended smoothie when you serve it, for an extra refreshing drink.

Mocha protein smoothie is made using a handful of ingredients only.

Mocha smoothie without banana is sweetened naturally with dates, but the smoothie is still thick without the need for banana.

Almond mocha smoothie recipe is exactly what you need when you crave a delicious mocha, but want it healthy, cheaper, and easy to get your hands on.
The world is divided between 2, one half loves mint/peppermint in chocolate, the other half hates it. You are here today, visiting our recipe, so we assume you are like us, you are pro-peppermint in chocolate!

Pb mocha smoothie does have pb in it – we used the low calorie higher protein version of peanut butter, in the form of peanut butter powder. We love using peanut butter powder in our smoothies because it’s quite tasteless, and brings thickness and protein to the smoothie.

How To Make Peppermint Mocha Smoothie Recipe:

You will need:

1. Peppermint Extract
2. Cacao Powder
3. Peanut Butter Powder
4. Almond Butter
5. Dairy-Free Milk
6. Dates
7. Instant Coffee

To make this delicious vegan peppermint mocha smoothie – add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
If you don’t have/like instant coffee, just use a shot of cold espresso.

If you want to be extra fancy, we suggest that you use melted dark chocolate to the smoothie instead of cacao powder, for a more intense chocolate flavor.
You can add ice cubes to the blended smoothie when you serve it, for an extra refreshing drink if you like 😉
